    Lunar Chest can be obtained during the Battle for Power event or traded for Spirituality points.

    We're currently trying to figure out why this is so and fix it. I'll give feedback as soon as I get it.

    The "Spirituality" exchange is on lvl 100 and above gear and lvl 90 and above ornaments. You can see this in the Enhancements. The bar fills up as you fail enhancement and decreases as you succeed. Clicking "Claim" button allows you to see the reward. However, Lunar Chest requires 100% bar as such I feel that it will be impossible to get the item from Spirituality.
